New Renaissance

New Renaissance 850 480 V.M. Kwen Khan Khu

Very endearing friends:

I am pleased to send you this engraving that was the cover of one of the pamphlets, only thirty pages long, written by the German philosopher Jacob Böhme (1575-1624).

Some commentators who have studied Jakob Böhme’s work have gone so far as to say that what mattered to him was the work on himself, on his own soul. A very interesting phrase by Jakob Böhme to approach this author is the following:

“Pretend [be a hypocrite], howl, shout, sing, preach, teach as you will; if the Master within and the listener are not open, then it is all nonsense [you do not understand anything], since the spirit of the exterior world is a meaningless model [nonsense] for the inner one.”

This mystic wrote, among other things, two small books, one on repentance and the other on the New Renaissance, so that these two topics which he considered very important, even if they appeared in his other texts, could be more easily consulted and studied by anyone. Here I send you the message corresponding to…

…NEW RENAISSANCE

New Renaissance, Jakob Böhme
New Renaissance, Jakob Böhme

In trying to decipher this engraving, we will begin by referring to its title, which reads in Old German DIE WIEDERGEBURT, ‘the Renaissance’.

This is an allusion to what we Gnostically call SECOND BIRTH or TO BE BORN AGAIN.

Below this title appear the words Christi Leib, which is to be interpreted as ‘body of Christ’.

Under the phrase that points to the body of Christ we can observe a total of seven eyes, representative of the omniscience OF THE BEING in the seven basic dimensions of the Universe. This confirms that God —the BEING— is everywhere and sees and feels everything, for He Himself is the soul of His own creation.

It is interesting to see that each eye is accompanied by a word indicating a divine quality. Thus, in this way, in the upper left eye appears the word Keuschheit, meaning ‘CHASTITY’.

Next, on the right side we will find the word Weifzheit or Weisheit, which we must interpret as ‘WISDOM’.

Again on the left side, further down, we find the word Sanfftmuht, which expresses the virtue of ‘MEEKNESS’.

Subsequently, turning to the right, we will find the word Demuht or Demut, indicative of ‘HUMILITY’.

To almost conclude this description of virtues, we come across again on the left side this other word: Barmherzigkeit, which is linked to the virtue of ‘COMPASSION’.

And near the last circle that contains an eye, on the right, we find this other word: Wolthun, which incites us to DO GOOD.

If we observe carefully, all these eyes that we have been detailing with their respective inherent qualities, are in a certain way enclosed in a triangle with its vertex downward, as if indicating to us that such are the energies that our BEING ─or GOD─ sends us so that we understand His structure.

On the other hand, it is curious that near the vertex we can see a blurred heart. This is the strong force of all force which we call LOVE. Such is the BEING, dear friends, He is CONSCIOUS LOVE and therefore, despite all our calamities and weaknesses, He has never forgotten us…..

And above that heart we can see the dove of the Holy Spirit floating. Why? Answer: Because true conscious love can only spring up in us when we have been purified by the THIRD LOGOS. Let us not forget that the HOLY SPIRIT is the GREAT REVEALER, THE GREAT RECONCILER of the divine triad –namely: Father, Son and Holy Spirit–.

Exactly below the dove that we have just pointed out we see a cross that divides the upper triangle from another that has its apex upward and that starts from a sphere of darkness to connect precisely with the cross that we are commenting on. Why? ANSWER: Because the power of the cross redeems even the most infamous entities of the inferior cosmos. Suffice it to recall the redemption of the Prince of Darkness himself, Beelzebub, carried out by our blessed Patriarch: V.M. Samael Aun Weor, there in the infra-dimensions…..

The sphere of the inferior cosmos, in this engraving, is absolutely dark and filled with words that accompany flaming crosses. This is to symbolize that the aberrations described by those words can only be destroyed by the fire of the cross that make up the lingam and the yoni of the mysteries of Tantra.

Let us look at the words that describe these weaknesses and that are headed precisely by a skull, an unmistakable symbol of the animic, physical and psychic corruption. It is also a symbol of the Second Death that is processed during the involution of souls. Let us see:

  • BEITZ, representative of greed.
  • NEID, indicative of envy.
  • ZORN, which points out anger to us.
  • HOFFART, allusion to pride.
  • UNZUCHT, concerning fornication.
  • FLEISCH, unbridled sensual appetite.
  • LIST, signaling lust.

Now, let us focus on trying to understand some words that refer to the Holy Scriptures and that are linked to the context of this message. Let us start by pointing out the word IOH, verses 3 and 5. This word, attributed to John the Apostle, tells us the following in its verses:

“Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven”…

This phrase is incessantly repeated to us by Gnosis when it commands us to work our genesiac waters by means of the Arcanum A.Z.F., only in this way do we erase THE ORIGINAL SIN from our spiritual flesh. Another enigmatic phrase is indicated by the word Psalm –namely: Psalm 51, verses 12, 13 and 14, let us see:

12. “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

13. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

14. Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

In this psalm we are encouraged to seek the inner joy that only the BEING can produce. When a soul is flooded with the joy of the Father, it always wants to convey the sacred message to others. Those who hear it and put it into practice obviously repent and become followers of divinity. When we ask the BEING to deliver us from bloodguiltiness, this refers to not killing anyone, either physically or animically. Only in this way can we always sing praises to the Kingdom of the Being. The noble spirit that has to sustain us is the BEING Himself. Only the BEING is the main pillar of the Celestial Kingdom.

Also on the right side of the engraving, near the eyes that it shows us, we find these other phrases attributed to Zachar ─namely: Zechariah─ and in which verses 3 and 9, 4 and 10 are pointed out to us: Vision of Joshua the High Priest:

“And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan; even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire? Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel. And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment. And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the Lord stood by. And the angel of the Lord protested unto Joshua, saying, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by. Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the Branch. For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day. 10 In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.”

These words placed as part of this engraving by the great mystic Jakob Böhme are of enormous significance. They speak clearly of our misery when we are far from the BEING. Then we have vile garments —lunar bodies— and Satan is our accuser —the “I” always tries to make us look bad before the divinity—. The “I” turns us into smut that must be transformed into whiteness. Fortunately, divinity is merciful, pious, and has compassion for us. That is why the Father has always placed the “Stone with seven eyes”. Such a Stone is none other than the representation of sacred sexuality, and such sexuality communicates us with the vision of the Creator in the seven basic dimensions of hyperspace. Only by working with supra-sexuality will we obtain noble garments —sacred garments— and be girded with the Mitre representative of the awakened Consciousness. When this happens, anyone who during his or her life has practiced the Arcanum A.Z.F.  will be able to invite other souls to share the fruit of the vine –the alchemical wine–and, likewise, the fruit of the fig tree that declares them chaste. Let us remember that the V.M. Samael explains to us that the Elemental of the fig tree is in charge of punishing fornicators…..

Here are a few sentences for reflection:

“Big men are simple and medium men are bombastic, for the same reason that cowards are bullies and brave men are not.”
Balmes

“Feigned simplicity is a delicate imposture.”
La Rochefoucauld

“There is more simplicity in the man who eats caviar on impulse than in the man who eats nuts on principle.”
Chesterton

“It is curious to observe, that almost all men who are worth much have simple manners, and that simple manners are almost always taken for a sign of little value.”
G. Leopardi

“Man rises above the earth with two wings: simplicity and purity. Simplicity must be in the intention and purity in the affection.”
Thomas de Kempis
