We spend our entire life looking for happiness &#8211; in things, events, activities, people etc. However, true happiness lies inside of us.   How can we realize this happiness inside of us? How can we discover it, in each moment?    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this class we learn:    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>That there exist elements of unhappiness inside us.  <\/li><li>These elements take away our freedom and convert us into slaves in our own house.  <\/li><li>It is possible to re-claim our life by identifying and dissolving these un-desirable elements.  <\/li><li>We learn the exact procedure to locate and dissolve these un-desirable elements in our life.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Everyone wants to be happy.
