This law governs everything, including the souls that have gone through the process of death.\n 2. What governs the process of return of a soul to this planet?\n 3. Can the soul chose its place, family or situation where it must return?\n 4. Is there a way to break free from this un-ceasing cycle of return? What is it?\n 5. What happens when we break free from this cycle of return?
